Services Provided

• Geotechnical explorations for residential, commercial, and industrial development, roadway/utility infrastructure projects, remedial construction of existing distressed structures, and slope/retaining wall stabilization projects;
• Laboratory soil tests including Atterberg Limits, Sieve Analysis, Swell Tests, Consolidation, Unconfined Compression, Direct Shear, Modified Proctor, CBR Analysis, and Soil Resistivity;
• In-situ testing including Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP), Pile-Echo Tester (PET), Settlement Monitoring, and Inclinometer Installation and Monitoring;
• Construction Observation and Testing including earthwork observation and testing, shallow foundation inspection, and observation of deep foundation systems including augured cast-in-place (ACIP) piles, drilled shafts, driven piles, micropiles, and soil nails/anchors.
